Session Fees

Sessions are offered at the following rates. 
​50-minute session                           225
75-minute session                           350
90-minute session                          400 
EMDR intensive (3 hours)*              825      

​Payment is due on the date of service.      
*Intensive sessions are scheduled following a 50-minute intake and preparation session. 
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are charged the full session fee.

Insurance & Reimbursement

I am an out-of-network provider. Depending on your plan, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement.
I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company. You can check your out-of-network benefits here:
If you plan to seek out-of-network reimbursement, you should call your insurance provider to verify your benefits.

  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • What percentage of each session is reimbursed? 
  • How do I submit my superbill for reimbursement? 

Good Faith Estimate 

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining the expected cost of your care.
