Individual Therapy

Sometimes things just start to feel… harder.

Maybe you’ve been feeling more anxious than usual, stuck in patterns you can’t quite shift, or overwhelmed in a way that’s difficult to explain. You might be holding it together on the outside while internally it feels like a lot.
Whatever is bringing you here, you don’t have to figure it out on your own.

What is therapy like?

  • Slowing things down and getting curious about what’s coming up
  • Noticing patterns in thoughts, emotions, or relationships
  • Building tools to respond differently to anxiety, stress or overwhelm
  • Processing past experiences when they continue to feel present

We move at a pace that feels manageable—nothing is rushed or forced.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based therapies. I draw from modalities including EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and parts-based work (IFS), always tailoring the process to your specific needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.

This might be a good fit if

  • You’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or constantly “on edge”
  • You notice patterns in relationships that you can’t seem to shift
  • You’ve been through something difficult and it still feels present
  • You’re navigating pregnancy, postpartum, or early parenthood and feeling off
  • You’re functioning day-to-day, but internally it feels like a lot

You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting.

What I help with

I work with adults who are navigating
  • Anxiety and chronic stress
  • Trauma and difficult past experiences
  • Perinatal and maternal mental health (pregnancy, postpartum, early parenthood)
  • Relationship and attachment patterns
  • Life transitions and identity shifts

Weekly therapy VS EMDR Intensives

Some clients prefer the consistency of weekly therapy, while others are drawn to EMDR intensives. We can talk through what feels like the best fit for you.

I also work collaboratively with clients who are already seeing a primary therapist and are looking to supplement their work with EMDR.

Common Questions

Do I need to know exactly what I want to work on before starting?
Not at all. Many people come in with a general sense that something isn’t working. We’ll figure it out together.

How often will we meet?
Most clients start with weekly sessions, which allows for consistency and momentum. We can always adjust based on your needs over time.

Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes. I offer in-person therapy in Calabasas as well as virtual sessions for clients throughout California.

Do you take insurance?
I am an out-of-network provider. I can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Learn more about therapy fees and check your insurance benefits here
