Therapy Services

You might already know what you’re looking for, or perhaps you just know that something isn’t feeling right.

Either way, we'll work together to help you decide which option best supports your needs, goals, and preferred timeline.

Weekly individual therapy

This is the most traditional format of therapy, meeting once a week for 50 minutes.

​Weekly therapy can be helpful if you’re:
  • Wanting consistent support for anxiety, stress, or life transitions
  • Working through relationship patterns or emotional overwhelm
  • Looking for a space to slow down, reflect, and feel more grounded

​The pace is gradual and supportive, allowing for insight, skill-building, and meaningful change over time.

EMDR Therapy

​EMDR is a structured, evidence-based therapy that helps process experiences that may still be impacting you—often in ways that feel stuck, reactive, or hard to shift through talking alone.

This approach may be a good fit if:
  • You notice patterns that don’t seem to change, even with insight
  • Past experiences still feel emotionally charged or unresolved
  • You feel “triggered” in ways that don’t fully make sense

​We identify specific memories or experiences to target, helping your system reprocess them so they feel less intense and no longer drive current distress.

EMDR Intensive Therapy

​Intensives offer extended sessions (typically a few hours at a time) so we can stay with the work without interruption.
​
This format can be especially helpful if:
​
  • You want to move through a specific issue more efficiently
  • Weekly therapy feels too slow or interrupted
  • You’re motivated for deeper, focused work over a shorter period of time​

Some clients use intensives on their own, while others integrate them alongside ongoing therapy.

Perinatal Support

The transition into parenthood can bring up a wide range of emotional experiences—many of which aren’t talked about openly.
​
This work may focus on:
  • Anxiety, overwhelm, or identity shifts during pregnancy or postpartum
  • Fertility challenges or pregnancy loss
  • Adjusting to the realities of parenting and finding your footing

​The goal is to create a space where you can feel supported, understood, and more like yourself again.
