Individual Therapy 

I treat a wide range of issues in individual therapy.
Sessions are currently conducted via secure video-chat due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

​Therapy can be short-term, if you're looking to solve a specific problem or learn tools to manage anxiety, stress, or depression. 
I also provide long-term therapy if you're looking to dive deep. ​


I use EMDR therapy to treat PTSD (postttraumatic stress disorder) and other trauma-related symptoms. EMDR can be conducted remotely using secure videochat.

"Skype" Therapy

For your convenience, I offer online therapy via secure video-chat. We can connect for sessions while you're in the comfort of your own home or office. All you need is an internet connection and a private space to chat. ​

Online therapy is simple, confidential, and convenient- studies also show it's extremely effective!
